the location provides easy access to many places. a large area is available for vehicle pick-up and drop-off I appreciated that. the room was clean and the bedding allowed for restful sleep I thought.

the concierge service was efficient and quick sam helped with our luggage transfer to the airport it made the departure easy the bartender pak showed great professionalism and attentiveness ensuring every guest felt looked after at the bar he creates a warm experience for everyone.
the air conditioning was powerful in the room i could not reduce it the airflow blew straight at the desk sleeping under the bed clothes made me feel too hot.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied. I enjoyed the executive club room with its spacious bathtub. Staff members like Kristal, Suvin and Jonathan helped with restaurant bookings and directions to a temple I wanted to visit.

crystal at reception was so nice. she welcomed me with chocolates and grapes, so thoughtful! every day i found fresh fruit in my room (what a treat!). the bathroom was amazing, all marble. i loved that the shower was separate from the tub. breakfast was also excellent!
the tv didn't have netflix. it's a little thing, but still.
